Where an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, cbb66 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance in question. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. cbb66 will notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee. The fee will not exceed ৳200 per month. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.
